- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Sale, custom, or clearance items are not eligible for returns unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from the BasikFit online store.
